Gear:Vincent's Gear is a long obsidian chain that buckles around any part of his body though he prefers putting it around his right hand and wrist. His Gear can produce thick black smoke that carries abnormal amounts of carcinogens, if inhaled or breathed it can cause long periods of caughing and lung damage as well as poisoning, it can also cause severe eye irritation that cannot be ignored if it makes contact with the eyes. The full power of the gear allows the users body to transform into smoke for a short period of time, thirty seconds at the most. The draw back of this Gear is that the use of the Gears ability drains moisture from the body, if overused the user becomes dehydrated, even to the point of heat stroke or death, but generally the user passes out before then.

History:Vincent is the middle child of four brothers. The Blackwater family are well renowned, his two brothers grew up and got scholarships playing on sports teams while his younger brother by two years is a straight A student. His mother is a Lawyer and his dad is a famous politician. Despite his families good name he has always managed to tatter it and became the black sheep of the family also due toward his eccentric habits like how he dressed himself, being a really anti social and awkward boy and one that always dozes or sluffs off when not intrested he managed getting straight F's his whole life. Despite the fact he's alot smaller then his brothers he's always had above average physical capabilitys and studied various styles of Martial Arts. Unknown to himself he has a slight grasp over certain Martial Arts from years of being intrested and studying. Feeling like his family overshadowed him and seemed disapointed with him he always looked for oppurtunities to get respect from his family. One day he found one, Gears Acadamy, an unusual school. Despite the fact he enrolled he sent in the test blank being a very lazy under achiever. Though he turned in his test blank he got accepted, without the approval of his parents he took the first flight out and joined Gears Acadamy in hopes he could get good scores there and redeem himself in the eyes of his family.
