Gear: This gear forms a small field around her right fist, activated by the phrase, ''I conquer.'' It's nearly unseeable to the eye, but faint distortions can be seen on it. It's ability is usually only active upon a person after around contact for three of more seconds of this field on someone, or if she manages to get a hit on them around 3 times in a physical hit, be it just some taps, or slaps or punches. The device works by stripping away oxygen inside the victim's body, leaving the minimum necessary amount as to not hinder brain and organ functions, forcing the physical body to go into a state like an animal's hibernation period in order to preserve survival. It's relatively nonlethal, even if used on someone that has health problems.[Roll a 60 sided Die, that's the amount of seconds that the person will remain in this state.]

History: Shinra was born as an albino, something that could be akin to a freak to most people due to the rumors that circulated from them. However, she attempted to live her best despite the constant humilations that were forced upon her, and her grades reflected that as well, oftentimes scoring high above the other students. However, the time came when suddenly, she was cut off from coming home one day, by someone who thought she looked rather pretty, especially because of her white hair, and attempted to take advantage of her. However, Shinra instead took on a much more vicious persona, from all the pent up depression and rage that she had been withholding from the rest of the world with a rather meek persona, and more or less ripped out the mans throat with her own teeth as she did so, however after the incident, she became much crueler of a person, regarding people who didnt have albinism as below her. However, her new persona took on a rather bad toll on her grades, despite her not noticing it until she was finally selected to go to the gear academy, which is why she's in such a low ranked class. Somehwat of an obessive person, Shinra is the kind of person that can't stand it when you can't complete a video game without 100% accuracy, and if she fucks up even slightly, she flies into a rage and won't accept it even if she completes the game. When someone like that fucks up even slightly, they find another goal in order to write it off. When you aren’t able to get 100% accuracy, you instead go for a high score and are satisfied with that, which is the reason she was selected to get such a gear. In other words, Shinra is someone who will obsess completely with victory once she sets herself a goal.

Shinra is not a recent addition to the school, having been taken there at a young age after having been asked a series of question by a rather shadowy man, which her parents complied with. After she had been specially selected from the cesspool that was her hometown, she was given a gear that someone with her personality would be more capable of controlling, as she favored to be precise and accurate, as opposed to just allowing her emotions to go out, as they had the time she had killed that one man. Unfortunetly, killing is one of the things that get easier the more you do it, although she hesitated at first, because of her personality, she soon came to relish the killing of people more, and more foten then not, the people she was faced against often faced, ''Accidental deaths.'' At this point, she started to raise, and eventually found herself at the top class, the A ranks. However, she soon faced a situation in which she dosent like to speak of, in which she was defeated by someone who didnt even have a proper gear. As such, her grades started to fail considerably once more, and she founds herself back in D class once more after losing against people several more times. However, she's attempting to once more reach the top, as that is her goal, and she will not be satisfied then anything else then perfection.
